About the event
Welcome! Relax confidently as we handle everything else. Whether you prefer to sit or recline, feel free to bring your own mat, pillow, or blanket, or use ours. The afternoon kicks off with a warm welcome and introduction from your hosts, Reiki Masters Elyssa Goldman and Marie Tremblay. As you settle in, let the resonant sound bath of crystal bowls, shakers, and more invigorate your cells and provide deep relaxation. Each participant will receive Reiki in the soothing styles of Usui Ryoho, Karuna, and Holy Fire. Herbal teas and water are available for your refreshment. You’ll also be offered a pen and notebook to record your personal journey.
