Benefits of Grounding Your Heart Space with Reiki Sound Healing
Note from Marie: Elyssa and I have been creating healing space for over a year now and the feedback is beautiful. This Month we offer a Heart Space Grounding and Soothing event. We start with clearing the space and inviting in the energies that will serve us well. While Elyssa begins her program of crystal bowls and Shamanic sounds for the heart I will lead you to a relaxed meditative space. Dropping any low vibrational energy that may be hindering us. Each participant sitting or reclined will receive both group and individualized Reiki and Sound from us. A mini journal and pen is provided for you to record your experience while you choose tea or herbal infused water to refresh. Sharing is not required.
