Here is how it works
Day 1: Place one hand on the Root chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Root for 3 minutes each.
Day 2: Place one hand on the Hara (Sacral) chakra and with the other hand give Reiki to all the chakras including Hara for 3 minutes each.
